Hello, I am a force-free certified trainer and I am a Multi-Species Training Professional with the Pet Professional Guild. I am offering kitten kindergarten classes beginning in March 2017 in Portland! I am excited to begin offering this, and my hope in posting here is to support the effort those in our field are making to improve the lives of kittens/cat and their families, to connect with you :-), and to offer an option to those interested in kitten classes but who are in the PDX area rather than out by Corvallis. My course is 4 weeks and $180 ($30/class) with 4 kittens in the course. While I am unable to offer free course, I admire that you can! If there is anything from Portland that I can do to help in research, please let me know! I would love to hear from you and network on this fantastic cause. I train adult cats as well, but the is currently only offered in Private Sessions. Thank you for your research and work, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Katelin! Great to hear of more kitty classes happening and to connect with another trainer! I will definitely pass along your info to anyone in the Portland area, I’ve been contacted a few times by people in PDX area but it is just too far of a drive to Corvallis.
