I fed a cat at work that looked just like Ghost; I named him Grey Ghost. He was a sweetie and must not have been feral because he loved to be petted. Brought him to the vet for spay (neuter?), vaccines, and to have his eye infection treated. He was released back to the woods behind my office….and I have not seen him in months.
